Terms of Service
Last updated 29 August 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (Terms) are a contract between you and the operator of Launch Kit (https://launch-kit.co). They apply when you use this website or buy Launch Kit.
By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or buy the product.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make a purchase.
What Launch Kit is
Launch Kit is a digital software product: a Next.js TypeScript boilerplate and related documentation. After you pay, we give you access to the repository so you can build your own applications.
Third-party services used with the boilerplate (for example Stripe, Supabase, Resend, or hosting) are provided by those companies under their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts, keys, and fees with them.
Licence
When your payment is received, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the version of the boilerplate we deliver, on unlimited projects that you own or control.
You own the applications and changes you create. We keep all rights in the original Launch Kit code, design, and documentation.
You must not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the boilerplate itself
- share repository access with people who have not bought it
- publish the boilerplate as a competing starter, kit, or template
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and charged by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
Launch Kit is a digital product. Once we have given you repository access, the product cannot be returned. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If that law requires a remedy (including a refund in some cases), you still have it.
Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to break security, or use Launch Kit to build something unlawful. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms.
Warranties and liability
The website and boilerplate are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid, as the Australian Consumer Law allows.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. For a material change that affects an existing purchase, we will also email the address on your account where we reasonably can. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
