This policy explains how Launch Kit (https://launch-kit.co) collects, uses, and stores information when you visit the website, create an account, or buy the boilerplate.

What we collect

When you sign in or buy, we collect account details such as your name (if you provide one) and email address. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store Stripe identifiers (such as a customer id) so we can match a payment to your account.

If you email us, we will have the address and content you send.

The website may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information. We use cookies and similar tools that are needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• create and secure your account
• process payment and grant repository access
• send order, access, and support messages
• operate, protect, and improve the website
• meet legal, tax, and accounting duties

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with providers we need in order to run Launch Kit:

• Stripe, for checkout and billing
• Supabase, for authentication and the database
• Resend, for transactional email
• our hosting provider, to serve the website

Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or users.

Storage and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, use the contact address below.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 16. You must be at least 18 to buy Launch Kit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where we are required to.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. For a significant change, we may also email you if we have an address on file.
