Why Launch Kit

Built for founders
who launch this week

Wiring auth, payments, and emails from scratch locks you into weeks of setup. Launch Kit is built for makers who need to launch, get paid, and keep building.

The old way

  • Weeks stitching auth, payments, and emails

  • Stripe webhooks that break on every test

  • Transactional email left as a weekend project

  • Google OAuth and magic links from scratch

  • Landing, pricing, and SEO still blank

  • Rebuild the same stack for every idea

  • Ship late, or never launch at all

The Launch Kit way

  • Auth, payments, and emails already wired

  • Checkout and webhooks that grant access

  • Welcome emails already going through Resend

  • Google login and magic links ready

  • 30 landing page sections and SEO included

  • Pay once. Build unlimited projects

  • Spend the weekend on the product

Founder story

components/sections/FounderStory.tsx

My story

Hey, I'm Dan

Dan, maker of Launch Kit

For the last 12+ years, I've been building software, apps, and websites for various startups and businesses.

I've helped build products for companies like Suncorp, BTC Markets, Coinstash and U-Haul, and built a 7-figure tech agency along the way.

But I kept noticing the same problem.

Every time I wanted to launch something new, I'd spend a week setting up the boring stuff first. Authentication, Stripe, emails, SEO, databases, landing pages, legal pages, components, analytics...

It was just the stuff you had to do before you could start building.

So I built Launch Kit.

It's everything I found myself rebuilding over and over, packaged into one starting point so you can skip the setup and get straight to building.

I built Launch Kit for 3 reasons:

  • Launch faster. Stop spending days rebuilding the same foundation.

  • Skip the boring stuff. Authentication, payments, emails, SEO and all the other setup are already there.

  • Focus on the idea. Spend your time building something people actually want.

Got questions?
We've got answers.

Here's everything you need to know before getting started.

Auth, checkout, webhooks, and email are the same first week on every product. Launch Kit is that week already done, so you start on the feature people pay for.

components/sections/FeaturePillars.tsx

The plumbing is already done

Every integration below is wired end to end, not a stub or a TODO comment.

Authentication

Users, sessions, and protected routes

  • Magic link sign-in
  • Login with Google
  • Private pages and protected API routes

Payments

  • Stripe checkout for one-time payments

How it works

components/sections/HowItWorks.tsx

How it works

From clone to deployed in three steps

No architecture decisions, no boilerplate to write. Add your keys and start building the part that makes your product different.

  1. Clone the repo

Pull down the boilerplate. Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind are already configured.

    • Next.js
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind v4
  2. Add your keys

Add your Supabase, Stripe, and Resend keys. Auth, checkout, and email start working right away.

    • Supabase
    • Stripe
    • Resend
  3. Launch it

Edit the config, swap the copy, and deploy.

Process timeline

components/sections/ProcessTimeline.tsx

Your first week

What launching actually looks like

A scroll-driven timeline for walking through a longer process step by step.

  1. Step 01

    Set up the project

Clone the repo, install dependencies, and run the dev server. Everything compiles on first boot.

  2. Step 02

    Connect your services

Add Supabase, Stripe, and Resend keys. Each integration is isolated behind a helper in the libs folder.

  3. Step 03

    Make it yours

Update the config file with your product name, pricing, and theme. The whole site reads from one place.

  4. Step 04

    Deploy and sell

Push to production with SEO tags, a sitemap, and a working checkout already in place.

Comparison

components/sections/Comparison.tsx

Before and after

Stop rebuilding the same startup stack

The same weekend, spent two very different ways.

Without Launch Kit

  • Auth, payments, and emails built from scratch

  • Days lost on Stripe webhooks and email setup

  • Landing page, pricing, and SEO still blank

  • Ship late, or never launch at all

With Launch Kit

  • Auth, payments, and emails already wired

  • Stripe checkout and webhooks that grant access

  • 30 landing page sections and SEO included

  • Spend the weekend on the product, not the plumbing

Split media

components/sections/SplitMedia.tsx

Why it exists

Built from shipping the same setup over and over

Every new project started the same way: wire up auth, then payments, then transactional email, then the landing page. Days of work before writing a single line of the actual product.

Launch Kit is that setup, finished once and packaged up, so the next project starts at the interesting part.
